We’ve launched a new COVID-19 check-in service. Launched on 1 October 2021 and running until 31 March 2022 the service will support vulnerable adults and carers who have COVID-19 in the Staffordshire Moorlands, Loggerheads, Madeley, Blythe Bridge and Eccleshall areas.

92-year-old customer Alice lives alone in the picturesque but remote Amber Valley. She was living independently at home until her son’s health deteriorated meaning he couldn’t visit as often as he would like.

Customer Carl was referred to Revival after he was admitted to hospital with pancreatitis. He wasn’t coping with his mental health and was struggling to manage his finances. Our Home Support Service stepped in to help Carl return from hospital and live independently at home.

78-year-old Jason was living in the Erewash area. He was referred to our Derbyshire Independent Living Service after struggling to manage his finances with nearly £90,000 worth of debt and was grieving the loss of his wife.

Customer Hilary was referred to Revival as part of our Home Support Service in Stafford South. She needed help getting her food shopping after returning home from hospital and recovering from a broken hip.
